1. Service Scope
Solver is a digital reading platform with smart fragmentation, social reading, and motivation features. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
2. Eligibility and Account
- You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating and using your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must use Solver with the permission of a parent or legal guardian where required by law.
- You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
- You are responsible for activity performed through your account.
3. User Responsibilities
- Do not use the service for unlawful activity, abuse, fraud, or infringement of third-party rights.
- Do not attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineering, or exploitation of security vulnerabilities.
- Respect community rules in interactions with reading buddies and clubs.
4. Intellectual Property
Solver trademarks, software, design, text, and visual assets are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
5. Third-Party Integrations
Solver may integrate third-party services for authentication, infrastructure, and notifications, including Firebase, Apple Sign-In, and Google Sign-In. Use of those services may be subject to their own terms.
6. Personal Data and Consent
Personal information processing follows the CCPA/CPRA, other applicable U.S. privacy laws, and our Privacy Policy. By using Solver, you acknowledge the collection and processing of information for the business purposes described in our California privacy notice.
7. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided as-is. Solver does not guarantee uninterrupted availability and is not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, or damages resulting from misuse of the platform, except where such limitations are prohibited by applicable California or federal law.
8. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, legal requirements, or platform security policies.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to conflict of laws rules. Venue shall lie in the courts competent for San Francisco County, California, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
