Information about how to delete your Solver account and data under the CCPA/CPRA

How to Delete Your Account
Via the App
- Open the Solver app
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Select Privacy
- Tap Delete My Account
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
- Your account is deactivated immediately; you can cancel by signing in for 30 days
Via Email
You can also request account deletion by sending an email to suporte@solver.now
How Your Data Is Handled
After the request, the categories below remain restricted to the inactive account for the applicable retention period. Direct profile identifiers are anonymized within 730 days; social links are removed or anonymized, and shared content may be replaced with neutral placeholders to preserve context:
- Personal data (name, email, profile picture)
- Reading history and saved books
- Reading progress and bookmarks
- Reviews and comments
- Social connections and friendships
- Preferences and settings
Active sessions and access tokens are revoked immediately.
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
Some data is temporarily retained as required by law:

| Consent records | 5 years | Proof of privacy request handling and legal compliance |
At the end of each period, identifiable data is deleted or anonymized under the applicable lifecycle. Shared records that have already been anonymized may remain to preserve context without identifying the person.
