When you subscribe to our interest list, we collect:

• Email: your email address
• Language: the page language at the time of subscription (PT, EN, or ES)
• IP Address: automatically collected by Cloudflare for rate limiting and security purposes
• Consent timestamp: record of when you accepted the terms

2. Purpose

Your data is used for:

• Sending updates about Solver, including news, launches, and features
• Aggregate analysis of feature interest (without individual identification)
• Communication about the app launch

3. Legal Basis

The collection and processing of your personal data is based on explicit consent (Art. 7, I of Brazil's LGPD), provided by you when checking the consent checkbox on the subscription form.

4. Data Processors

• Resend Inc.: email processing and delivery, contact list management
• Cloudflare Inc.: website hosting, CDN, DDoS protection, and rate limiting

5. Data Retention

Your email is kept in the Resend contact list until you request removal or unsubscribe. After a deletion request, your data will be removed within 24 hours.

6. Your Rights (LGPD)

Under Brazil's General Data Protection Law (Law 13.709/2018), you have the right to:

• Access: request which personal data we hold about you
• Correction: request correction of incomplete or outdated data
• Deletion: request removal of your personal data
