How to Delete Your Account
Via the App
- Open the Solver app
- Tap Settings (gear icon)
- Select Privacy
- Tap Delete My Account
- Type "DELETE" to confirm
- Your account will be deleted within 45 days
Via Email
You can also request account deletion by sending an email to suporte@solver.now
Data That Will Be Deleted
After a verified Right to Delete request under the CCPA/CPRA, the following data will be removed within 45 days:
- Personal data (name, email, profile picture)
- Reading history and saved books
- Reading progress and bookmarks
- Reviews and comments
- Social connections and friendships
- Preferences and settings
Active sessions and access tokens are revoked immediately.
Data Retained for Legal Compliance
Some data is temporarily retained as required by law:

| Transaction records | 5 years | Accounting and business record retention required by applicable law |
| Security logs | 180 days | Fraud prevention and account security |
| Consent records | 5 years | Proof of privacy request handling and legal compliance |
After these periods, all data is permanently deleted from our systems.
